The manufacturing of floorings at Bros India facilities begin with the selection of the finest in the golden coir fibers. They are carefully selected for their attributes for the finished rugs or mat. The process undergoes various stages – washing, dyeing, weaving on looms, stenciling, moth-proofing – each process with loving care that fully defines it as ‘hand made’. Each process is under personal supervision of experienced seniors who have decades of experience in this area. The real magic of craftsmanship continues from weaving to the tufting where varying depths of contracting texture, the carving, all turn inspiration to art. For all of us at our facility, working on coir has been a tradition we inherited from our forefathers.
